Two boys and one girl were added the morning of April 20th to the Broken Road Kennel crew. The boys are the two darker puppies on the outsides of the lighter little girl. All are healthy, despite being born on day 58, and are putting on weight.

 

 

New Puppy Pictures:

Honor's first born son was out and clean before I even knew she was having the babies.

Honor's baby girl was the second to arrive and she had just been delivered when Honor woke me with the news that she was having puppies.

This little boy I got to see come into this world. He may have been the last puppy born, but he will not be the last to eat or the last to be heard.

All the babies are doing well and gaining weight. These pictures were taken when they were 5 days old.

On May 5th the babies started opening their eyes. By May 7th the boys have their eyes all the way open and sissy is not far behind them.

They are up walking very short distances on all four feet, before they fall to one side or the other.

All the puppies have very strong lungs and let you know when they are unhappy and need something.

These little ones are up and at 'em and ready to get on the move. It took some time to get them all in a row for this picture.

This little ones were not quite sure what to think of this plate of mush. They would much rather have mommy or at least eat off your fingers. They did decide to try and eat the plate itself. Mom had to clean them up though they got more on themselves than in their bellies.
