Tango is the first Portuguese Podengo in UKC to win two BIMBS, a RBIMBS and is a UKC Grand Champion. He finished #2 in the UKC Top 10 standings for 2008. He won the Top 10 Breed competition at the UKC Premier and placed in the group all three days.

In 2009 Tango finished 1st in the UKC Top 10 with 129 dogs defeated.

In 2010 Tango went Best In Specialty Show again at the PPPA Regional Specialty in Portland, OR under respected Hound judge Susan St John-Brown. Then at the PPPA 2010 National Specialty in York, PA on April 17th Tango again took BISS under breed expert Vitor Veiga. Then went on to win Best Born in America under Judges Vitor Veiga, Gabriela Veiga, and Sally Poole.

At the PPPCA 2010 National Specialty, Tango took Reserve Winners Dog to his son Jackpot's Winners Dog under AKC Judge Ellen Fetter. Tango also won Best of Opps Born and Bred in the USA under AKC Judge Robert Fetter.

Tango is now standing at stud to approved outside bitches.

Jackpot when to his first UKC show in Centreville, MI May 14 -16. On Friday show 2 his very first show he went BM and got 25 points. On Sat show one and show two he went BOB and Group 2 to gain two comp wins and a total of 95 points. On Sun in show one and show two he took BM for a total of 145 points and two comp wins. Just needs that last comp win. He does have four dogs defeated to his credit so far. Just watch the UKC Top Ten to see how he does in the future. He is just getting a good start.

Jackpot got his last comp win in Wapa, OH on June 4th by winning BOB and a Group II. Jackpot is currently ranked in the UKC Top 10.

Jackpot is following in his father's footsteps. On July 24th 2010, at the age of only 8 months old, he won Best in Specialty Show under AKC Judge Ellen Fetter. Best in Sweeps, and Best Bred By Exibitor in Show under AKC Judge Robert Fetter. We look forward to seeing where this little guy goes from here.
